Julie Boertje, RN, LMFT

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and feeling hopeless. Difficult and painful situations invite us to grow and change and I believe that each of us deserve to enjoy ourselves, our lives, and the people in them. I am committed to inspiring you to see new choices that bring comfort, clarity, and contentment.

Currently Not Accepting New Clients

We begin to develop personalities and habits very early in our lives. We grow and adapt as we continue through life, trying meet our changing needs and goals. It's common to get stuck in some habits or to fiercely hang on to ways of doing things, even after they don't work as well in some instances. Therapy is always about change. We can all change ourselves and the circumstances of our lives, including what we do (and what we ask for) in our relationships.
